They always do a great job even though they were super busy. They had a runner drive me to my office as I couldn't wait the 2-3 hours which was great. However when the car was done they did not have any drivers and I had no way back there except to order a lyft. That was an expensive way to get to pick up my car.

Jeffrey was a brilliant salesperson. He understood what my goals were in my purchase and he made it happen.

No pressure, everything was clear and up front..ford gives regular updates as to status of order, manufacture of the car, when it shipped and when it will arrive at showroom. Initial estimates were beat by 3 weeks. Mr. Beck was our sales person. Super knowledgeable, super laid back, answered all questions. At time of purchase financing guy put zero pressure on us to buy options we didn't need or want... Drove off in our explorer with a fair trade value on the car we brought in I purchased a Taurus wagon from Midway Ford in 1986, and I have positive memories of sales experience minus internet help..and have enjoyed this most recent version...

Just bought a pre-owned, like-new, Ford Escape Hybrid, from Roseville Midway Ford. Wanted a new PHEV but these are in such big demand that I will have to wait a few months to order. The staff at Midway Ford were welcoming and efficient from the minute I walked into the dealership. This is my first car purchase in 23 years! Salesman Dave Wells made it a positive and pleasant experience from start to finish, including delivering the car to my house and teaching me all the new features of today's computerized vehicles! I am enjoying my 2000 Ford Escape and plan to be back this fall when it's time to order the PHEV.
