Randy is absolutely the best sales person at Grand Kia. I had been waiting to order a 2023 telluride since June of 2022 waiting for Kia to open up ordering for a 2023. We ordered it in a October literally the first day we could, he originally told me 120 days and on the 50th day I got a call saying my car was in and exactly as I ordered it! I couldn't not be happier and will definitely be back to Grand Kia for everything and will most definitely refer family and friends to speak with Randy!

I just came home with a Kia EV6 ordered and purchased through Grand Kia. Even though there was a 3.5 month wait, I appreciated the transparency throughout the process. Randy kept me informed. And I appreciated Bob’s help during the purchasing process. He worked with my credit union to make sure I got the interest rate promised in my pre-approval loan app. All in all a solid experience.
