We just leased our third Kia. Sportage hybrid. The other Kia's were done at other dealerships. 19 Sportage and a NiroEV. (Love the EV) We had our service work done at Grand as it's a lot closer to where we live. The staff in the service department are FANTASTIC! Questions about the EV? They know the answers! Help figuring out the info system on the new 23 hybrid? They're on it! Have to return the car because they didn't get it right? NEVER in 3 years! Thank you.

Just picked up a new Sportage Hybrid and the process was pretty seamless and quicker than expected. Nathan made the process easy and quick and helped answer my questions/concerns around whether or not I should wait for the plug-in. I still went forward with the regular hybrid and love it. Kia has really suddenly stepped it up, the new hybrids drive very smooth and quick. I feel it would be silly to get only a regular ICE car because of how cool and efficient the hybrids are now. Only thing is if you have a trade-in, sell it on your own. The bosses lowball you big time on your trade-in value. Thanks again, Nathan!
