A typical visit to MD West One today. Arrived 20 minutes early. Fast check in as they had 6 or 7 windows open. Sat down and was called back 2 minutes later. I was asked some questions about my medications and told x-rays would be taken. That took about 5 minutes. Dr.Otterberg showed up and looked at my x-rays. We talked for a few minutes about my recovery. Everything was great and I was out of the office in 21 minutes. Amazing service from start to finish. Everyone is polite and professional. Dr. Otterberg is an amazing surgeon. He is funny, straight forward and makes you feel at ease. I had knee replacement surgery in February and feel great. His demeanor matches his surgical skills.

The check in is quick and efficient. Dr Pitner, Otopedic Surgeon, is experienced and caring. His physician assistant and nurse are efficient and friendly. The radiologist is careful in getting the necessary x-rays.
