First time, little wait time, but don't waste your time doing the preregistration (at least the photographing of insurance cards), as you have to do it at again at check-in. Was told they somehow don't get them, in that process.

I had a less than 10 minute wait to be taken back to the exam room and maybe 5 min later the doctor came in. We went over my MRI results together and he explained how a normal leg would show up and where my injury lit up the screen. I just cannot get over the kindness and the professionalism of the reception staff, the nurses and the doctors at this clinic. They are truly concerned with how you're feeling and you're well care. I cannot recommend this Clinic highly enough. If I could shout it from the rooftops I would to everybody who has an ortho injury go here. In my books they are the best. Thank you Lord for putting them in our lives.

I think Dr. Keiser and his whole team are wonderful!! The receptionist today was very friendly. I was taken back quickly. Earl is always helpful, friendly, and gets back from my phone calls promptly! Sean Bigler also does a wonderful job of explaining things and listens carefully to my questions, offering good answers! And Dr Keiser is a very kind and caring doctor! I can tell the outcome for his patients is very important to him!! I highly recommend Dr. Keiser and his team!!!!

The wait time is always minimal even when I arrive early. Front desk staff are kind and attentive and look and act like they enjoy being there. Tiffany is fabulous- kind engaging and super friendly. Dr. Shuttle is the best! He tells me just how it is and the treatment options and expected expectations for the treatment. He is so smart and knowledgeable. I feel confident I know what to do and or expect when I leave the office. Thank you to the team!!

Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. There was no wait time to get in the room and I was seen immediately by a nurse , then a PA before Dr McMullen entered. He was thorough in explaining the procedure and all my concerns and questions were addressed. A very impressive doctor appointment!
