Check-in was expedited due to pre appointment electronic paperwork. Dr Rosipal, Scott & Angie were attentive, efficient and informative. Dr walked through my X-Ray and MRI to educate me and allow me to see myself, the extent of my injury. He listened to my concerns and goals post surgery and answered all my questions. He confirmed my goals and set expectations that might impact my decision to have surgery. After meeting with him I understand why he’s such a highly rated orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. McMullen and his PA have been very informative and kind as we have been tackling my upper foot pain. I will really feel comfortable going there again if I need to. I would definitely recommend Mid West One at Fountain Ridge and in Fremont to my friends and family.

It is a beautiful, clean building and the staff is welcoming and seem genuinely concerned when helping check in. Nice coffee bar for anyone desiring a cup while the televisions are on aquarium scenes which are tranquil.
The exam rooms are equipped, clean and are warmer than some cold sterile environments

Dr McMullen and staff are excellent! They listened to me explain the foot pain I have been experiencing, and I finally understand what is causing my pain. I received a cortisone shot and they suggested footwear that would help me.
They were absolutely wonderful!

I really appreciate the communication I have gotten from Dr Charles Rosipal both times I have seen him. He goes over the X-rays and explains the best way to treat my shoulders.
Dr Ajay Jana replaced my hip a couple of years ago and he also discussed the X-ray and process to have my hip replaced. He put me at ease with his own confidence.
Two great doctors and I have absolutely no problem referring people to either of them.
Communication is the key to making a patient comfortable and confident in the doctors you have working for you at MD West One.

Every person was extremely caring and helpful. I asked for a wheelchair to take me to X-ray and they got willingly. Dr. Izadi explained what he saw on X-rays in simple terms for me to understand. The nurse who put on my cast was excellent and took pride in her workmanship to make the cast very neat.

Dr. McMullen is awesome and his whole staff is great too. He is very thorough and works to get to the bottom of your issue. I like that he is very common sense in not forcing me to get a new pain medicine prescription when I still had some left from the surgery with a different dr and letting me just use a boot I already had…which saved us a lot of money. He also would not let me schedule an appointment until he saw my previous medical records from a different dr for a surgery that was not successful to be sure he thought he could actually help so as not to waste my time and money. I appreciated that! He is very dedicated to his patients and takes the time needed to figure out what is going on.

A strange dog knocked me over and I broke my wrist (in 3 places) at a dog park in KC. I got right in to Dr. Tiedeman, the next day. Surgery went well. Excellent care, everyone was very helpful and the staff is very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns.
