The first thing to say about Andy is that he’s a super nice guy! It was clear from his videos on Instagram how down to earth he is and i immediately knew that I wanted to train with him. This was such a good decision! It soon became even more apparent how knowledgeable Andy is; everything is explained clearly and one of the things I particularly value is that he tells me why we are doing what we are doing (and everything he suggests is backed by science).

So, if I was unsure at the gym I just clicked on a link and was quickly able to complete the exercise confidently after watching the demo. I found this invaluable.
He ensured I met my goals by designing and building on a training and diet plan that met my needs and I not only feel fitter and stronger I look it too! Andy has had a huge impact on my physique. Having personally worked in the fitness industry for 20 years and being lucky enough to have relatively good genetics this in turn may have made me somewhat complacent. After a very lazy lockdown and hitting 47 I realised in life there comes a point when you are unable to rely on being fortunate and have to take action. I contacted Andy and have not looked back since. His set up is fantastic, the app works so well documenting every aspect of each workout and it's an even bigger bonus that it works hand in hand with MyFitnessPal and Garmin. His instructions are clear and are complimented with instructional videos, stats that you input form instant data and graphs and the nutritional information Andy supplied has ensured I am hitting every target to date. In phase one (the first 8 weeks) I religiously stuck to my numbers on MyFitnesspal and I dropped my desired 10 lbs of fat. Since then my calories have been increased and still based on 4 resistance sessions per week we are 4 weeks into phase two - "operation lean bulk." Most days I notice some form of a positive improvement in my physique and whilst the weight starts to slowly creep up I am still as lean as I was 4 weeks ago which again is testament to Andy's knowledge. I had always joked in the past about a photoshoot but it was never really my thing, however with how everything is going with Andy I can assure you this will be happening. During my 20 years in the fitness industry I have seen every gimmick and fad come and go, Andy has the perfect balance, its not rocket science... perform these exercises at this intensity for this amount of repetitions, and in conjunction with that eat this amount of food per day made up of this macro breakdown and watch what happens !!!! You won't be disappointed. Thanks Andy, it may be your job but you really do make a positive difference to people's lives.

I’ve really enjoyed working with Andy.
Like anything a lot of the benefit you get is driven by the effort and motivation that you bring to something like this but I’ve found Andy’s approach and methodology really effective for me.
I’d previously worked (for about six months) with a PT in the gym who seemed to randomly pick exercises depending on what was available at the time and regularly pushed me too far resulting in regular pulled muscles and even injury and little progress. Consequently I looked for an alternative and found Andy by chance doing a google search.
I’ve found my personal accountability no less, using an online vs in person service…quite the contrary I’ve found I’ve pushed myself more; having the space to take my time and arrange sessions around my life rather than having to turn up at a specific time and place has been a game-changer for me.
The app based programme makes the schedule and progress really easy to follow and track.
Andy brings a clear, knowledgeable and, importantly, a realistic approach to training, gently pushing but not making you feel bad if something slips.
He’s responsive and happy to change the details of the plan if something isn’t working or life gets in the way.
His approach has worked for me, a 55 year old, unfit and overweight male , I’ve lost 16kgs in six months and feel the best I have for a number of years.
One watch out… you may find it it gets expensive though as you have to buy lots of new clothes as your old ones are way too big…

Like anything a lot of the benefit you get is driven by the effort and motivation that you bring to something like this but I’ve found Andy’s approach and methodology really effective for me.
I’d previously worked (for about six months) with a PT in the gym who seemed to randomly pick exercises depending on what was available at the time and regularly pushed me too far resulting in regular pulled muscles and even injury and little progress. Consequently I looked for an alternative and found Andy by chance doing a google search.
I’ve found my personal accountability no less, using an online vs in person service…quite the contrary I’ve found I’ve pushed myself more; having the space to take my time and arrange sessions around my life rather than having to turn up at a specific time and place has been a game-changer for me.
The app based programme makes the schedule and progress really easy to follow and track.
Andy brings a clear, knowledgeable and, importantly, a realistic approach to training, gently pushing but not making you feel bad if something slips.
He’s responsive and happy to change the details of the plan if something isn’t working or life gets in the way.
His approach has worked for me, a 55 year old, unfit and overweight male , I’ve lost 16kgs in six months and feel the best I have for a number of years.
One watch out… you may find it it gets expensive though as you have to buy lots of new clothes as your old ones are way too big…
I've been on Andy's PT plan for the past 6 weeks now, and have nothing but good things to say about it. The workouts are both challenging but enjoyable, and have been personalised to my own goals and needs. My macros have also been personally set to my own goals and are within a reasonable range which I'm able to reach without feeling like I'm over consuming. I'm already feeling an increase in strength and having a set exercise/diet regime has had a great impact on my mental health aswell. Andy keeps frequent contact with me, gives great feedback, and celebrates my successes when I'm able to up my weights. Id recommend this programme to anybody looking to hit their own fitness goals!
