For years I was hitting the gym week in and week out but making no progress. I knew some good exercises, but other than that I didn’t know what I was doing and the next thing I knew I had a belly, was the heaviest I’ve ever been, and in poor health. For context I’m 28yo male.
However, I sought out Andy’s help in February and since then there hasn’t been a single week I haven’t made progress. I’m at a weight now I haven’t been at since uni (nearly a decade ago), I’m getting consistently stronger, and my health is the best it’s been in a long time.

Only a month in but Andy has been great! His plan feels very specific to me. He is always available to answer querys I might have and has given me lots of useful tips to progress. Andy is a fantastic PT! Learned so much already about nutrition, how best to train etc. The programmes are well structured with great variety, the weekly feedback videos and education videos are really helpful. Seen amazing results after only a few weeks, feel fitter and stronger. Andy is very friendly and always on hand if you have any questions. So pleased to have signed up!

Really enjoyed working with Andy the last few months. I’ve tried regimes a number of times and usually injure myself that stops the routine. But Andy helped set up exercises so I haven’t hurt my lower back or shoulders this time.

Before getting help from Andy i felt a lot of stress with handling my nutrician and workout routine, but Andy has helped me gain a healthier lifestyle and the results have been great! I havent finnished my set goal yet but i am very happy with the results so far! Highly recommend!
