Andy was a joy to work with as a web-based trainer. He helped me set realistic goals, then was always available to help me meet them. As well as giving me a great programme to complete without suffering any pain from training he has also helped me mentally having a healthier relationship with food and my body and helped me to stop punishing and starving myself when I have over indulged. Really didn’t know if having an online coach would be worth the money but even after my first week and seeing what is provided, I can already see it’s well worth every penny. All the information provided is just for me and has given me the motivation to start training and eating correctly again. Any questions are answered straight away at any time of day. I would reccomend Andy to anyone needing that help to get training again and for nutritional advice too.
