SJM entire Team is great. I've dealt with different departments and everyone has the best customer service. They are quick when you need a quote for new radios or for repairs. Then once order is placed, you get it the next day, if they are parts for the radio. If it was sent for repair, they come back quick also. If I had my own business, I would definitely have SJM Radio as my supplier for radios. You won't regret it. Best all around. 5 stars to all SJM colleagues.

SJM are the best! Great customer service, price and reliable rental products. SJM has been my go-to for live event radio rentals for about 15 years. I have had a recent experience for which the equipment didn't work out so well... but then.... SJM made amends above and beyond what I might have requested. Great customer service, thank you !
