Mario and the staff at SJM were all very professional and yet also very personable and friendly. I felt as though they were all expecting my arrival for my installation. They got right to work with an eye for detail and they made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I had been dealing with a larger company where my 7 person business was not a priority, but at SJM I felt like my business was appreciated genuinely.
