I've been renting radios from SJM for almost 10 years now. The radios we rent from SJM are always high quality , the rental rates are fair, and the entire SJM team is always there to help. Brittany and Mario have always been accommodating for any and all of my questions throughout the years.
My last job required some technical programing and assistance. Jesse was able to walk me through everything and get us taken care of ahead of the job to ensure we were able to communicate across our entire job site.
I am very thankful for everyone at SJM that makes it possible for our TV/Film/Live Events to operate safely. I highly recommend reaching our to their team for any of your comms needs!

SJM has consistently gone above and beyond to support our security operations at the Natural History Museum, especially during high-demand situations. Most recently, they accommodated a last-minute request for many radios to support one of our special events—responding swiftly and effectively under tight time constraints.
This is just one example of the outstanding responsiveness and professionalism we've experienced throughout the years of working with SJM as our trusted radio communications contractor.
Their customer service is exceptional, and the added convenience of direct delivery to our facility has made a significant impact on our event readiness. Every interaction with their team has been met with courtesy, respect, and a true spirit of partnership.
I highly recommend giving SJM an opportunity—you won’t regret it.

Rafael was instrumental in assisting me in figuring out an issue with our equipment. He showed a good level of patience in explaining what I couldn't figure out for myself. I am thankful that Rafael showed up today.
