I think excellent service.staffs are very understanding.no calling of bad names in a joking manner to pet, which I had experience and it did broke my heart but I never said nothing.pls keep d excellent job up

Amazing staff and fair prices. Always listened to me and answered any questions I had and if they didnt know something (we have a lot of exotics) they would ask the main Goddard Vets in Wanstead or research for us. Our dogs have behavioural issues and they're very understanding and patient, and work with us so that it is a positive experience for them, including letting me sit in the kennel with my boy when he was very sick and needed a drip and special food to help comfort him and encourage him to eat.
