We have used Goddards vet practice for 12 years and have nothing but praise for the dedicated team who care for our pets. I have experienced thenpleasure of a nervous cat who had a nasty accident on the way for a visit and the nurses were very supportive in cleaning both the cat and her travel basket which I was very thankful for. Be sure of a great experience and a lovely team on your visit

The best team ever! Informative, flexible with appointments, friendly, great advice, the vets are awesome and the reception staff are just amazing! Whenever we call we are greeted by a friendly voice on the other side, whenever we visit we are greeted with smiles! So lucky to have found them :)

The customer service here is awful. I went for my appointment 4 minutes late, as I take public transport which is not always reliable and the vet had already left, but if I was there at the exact time my appointment would have still be going on. They didn't try to call, left no message to inform me of this and gave no apology for the distress caused. The lady was dressed and ready to leave so she can't wait.

Great vets brilliant with my cat Lockie can't thought them for the love and care they showed him. Would definitely recommend oh and of course seeing Potatoe the gorgeous cat x

Literally the best! They answer all my questions and give me advice without judgement. You can tell the nurses and vets genuinely love what they do. My girl is always made to feel comfortable and I have peace of mind knowing she is well looked after, it is also nice and very clean. Thank you

not a bad word to say about this vets! my cat has been registered here for about 7 months now - she has had her vaccinations here, monthly check ups, an ear infection treated and recently neutered. they‘ve been nothing but informative, present and also very reasonably priced! i pay £17.50 a month for my cat’s flea and worming treatment as well as discounts on anything else we may need (such as her recent surgery)! me and serafina really appreciate everyone here at goddard vet’s! thank you for everything you do! 10/10!

First visit to get my cat neutered after some good recommendations, and everything was brilliant.
The reception staff were absolutely lovely, and so was the nurse who called to update me after it was done. It's by far the cheapest place I had found, but the service did not at all reflect that.
I also got lucky enough to meet the resident cat, Potato, and, well, as a cat lover, that just made it even better! Thank you!
