Eric is a terrific salesman with a human touch - making sure that John and I felt comfortable through the whole process from show-off to sale. For him, he likes to leave his customers feeling like they are family. We definitely appreciate Eric transferring the license plate over to the new car! Nick, the finance guru, went over very specific information with John and I and left room for questions and answers. Katie went over last-minute details of the new car before John and I drove off.
