Ray Burke was an absolute dream to work with! I found my dream Escalade online, submitted an inquiry to which was responded to promptly. He immediately sent me more photos and scheduled a test drive. Upon arrival he was so friendly - answered all my questions, and ensured I felt confident and comfortable in my new ride. He walked around the vehicle with me answering any silly questions I had and within an hour - I was out the door. He was never pushy - something I was worried about making such a large purchase.
