To all the post-menopausal women who t.hink they have to severely restrict calories and work out extraordinarily hard for even mediocre results: THINK AGAIN! In 16 weeks of this program, my daily calorie intake was increased by orders of magnitude, I started consuming my favorite foods again (and sleeping better as a result---bonus!), lost 15 pounds and 15 inches, went from a size 6 to a size 2 and hit quite a few PRs in the gym!
