Such an awesome place to bring the family for some healthy alternatives. Our waiter Tommy was absolutely amazing, best service we’ve ever received and we can be very high maintenance. The food is very uplifting and there’s just a good atmosphere around this place. 10/10 recommended this spot!!

First time dinning here and we really enjoyed our meals. The refreshers are delicious! The food is light , healthy and very good! It is hard to find healthy meals at restaurants so I was excited to find this place after a shopping trip at the mall! I believe our waitress name was Sandra and she was very professional and friendly! I had ordered a Teriyaki bowl but they ran out before mine could be prepared so I look forward to going back and trying that bowl!

let me first say that if you DONT get the Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl you'll have a wonderful experience ...... I got that and very quickly ask the waiter to get me something else. It was basically soggy vegetables with very very little rice and quinoa... they replaced this without any trouble for the salmon entree which was outstanding...... as you can tell I'm high maintenance.... but they treated me with grace and the rest of the evening was wonderful. Ive also had their burgers and they are outstanding.

Consistently good. The food quality is great. We visit in every city we go....twice. Ramen with mushrooms - kid loved, chopped salad with salmon - other kid loved, Branzino - mom loved, Pesto Pasta - father loved round one. Round two - Caesar w/salmon - OMG so good, Meat Pizza - kid loved, Poke Bowl - other kid loved. Salmon with Pesto - father loved.

Kitchen team. She was outstanding!… her energy, enthusiasm and her welcoming demeanor really made our dining experience excellent! She was so invested in making sure that all of her tables were taken care of and that EVERYONE received consistent care. We really enjoy going to True Food because they will always have healthy locally sourced clean seasonal food and great service!

Superb food, and great ambience. The quality of the food and presentation was top notch. We tried Edamame Dumplings in Starters, Noodle bowl and Turkey Burger in Entree's and Flourless chocolate cake & Squash pie for dessert. Each dish was amazing, and the flavors were coming out so well. This is a place that I can definitely visit again and again, especially to try their seasonal rotational menu.
