We’ve eaten here in person a few times and we also recently catered from here for a family member’s birthday. We had a dietary request because of someone’s allergy and they honored it without any issue. The food came right on time and everything was delicious, even better than expected. The lasagna was amazing! No complaints at all. We were really pleased with the whole experience.

Something for everyone. A little pricey compared to other restaurants, but it's all fresh whole food! Get the brussels and cauliflower. (Yes, both!) Their sessional menu is also fantastic.

Refreshing, healthy, sustainable food options with a fun/fresh decor. The service was great and the food hit the spot! Serving sizes were just right. The waitress kept my coffee hot and the gluten free squash pie was out of this world with coconut whip cream. Highly recommend.

Came here for a quick lunch with friends and was pleasantly surprised and happy about our experience. Great atmosphere and we were seated on the patio. It was a chilly day and our server (can’t remember his name but he was SO friendly and knowledgeable!) turned on a wonderfully toasty outdoor heater for us. I ordered a Matcha Horchata and am now hooked! We also ordered the cauliflower and flatbread as a starter - we loved both! I ordered the seasonal Pesto Pasta and was very happy with it. Overall, a great experience and great food. Will definitely be back!

Our waitress Kayla (gummy) was absolutely wonderful! She is the perfect balance of attentiveness and knowing when to let you enjoy your meal. She is extremely knowledgeable, super kind and very attentive. We will for sure request her on future visits. The food is always amazing and we have never had a bad meal here. One of our absolute favorite spots in Nashville.

I went on a late lunch here with a girlfriend of mine to celebrate her birthday and had such a great all around experience. The weather was nice, our server, Jackson was ON POINT! I was in a slight rush because I had somewhere I needed to be afterward and he made sure he was on top of it for us. Plus, he just had the best energy. Our food was delicious. The curry is superb and is one of my favorite dishes here. And the apple cider drink is .
TruFood is my favorite restaurant, hands down. They never fail with quality food and is my go to when I want a nice experience for any occasion.

I came here for dinner with a group.I ordered a unique cocktail, which was pretty good. I also ordered a panini which was delicious. The waiter was very nice & accommodating. Here's a great place to eat if you have dietary restrictions.
