I've been here before, so I'm surprised I haven't reviewed True Food Kitchen yet! Either way, I was so happy to have visited the other day. We'd just come from my best friend's white coat ceremony, and it was the perfect place to eat afterwards.
There are lots of vegan items on the menu, and you can make lots of modifications and substitutions, too! I got the Ancient Grains Bowl, and I enjoyed it very much. I think it was a little oily, but the flavors were what I expected. I also got the Sparkling Prickly Pear Tisane, which was so light and refreshing. My best friend, who's dairy/gluten free, got the Spaghetti Squash Casserole with vegan cheese substituted. Her dad even bought us some of the vegan chocolate chip cookies for dessert, which were definitely the most delicious cookies I've had in some time. I could talk about those for days. To top it all off, I had an oatmilk latte, which was great.
Overall, I had a great experience here. The servers were very friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is so pleasant. I hope to be back again soon!
