Have been to this spot several times. Plates are smallish, so you definitely have room to experiment and try different things. Their cocktails are also really good, they use lots of fresh juices. Also across from Trader Joe’s if you like that place.... highly recommend!

As a person on an restricted eating plan because of health problems, this place is one of the 2 in Nashville I can visit. They are so kind and knowledgeable with helping me avoid allergens and never make me feel like a burden. I can't begin to express how thankful I am for every interaction I've had specifically at this location. I've visited True Food in other places and Nashville is by far the most excellent. Oh yeah. And the food is AMAZING! Hoping they are around for years to come.
