Came in knowing little to nothing about organic food stepped out of the comfort zone and had a iced coffee, Brussels sprouts, grass fed burger with sweet potato hash. Great flavor with every bite.
The waitress named Alex she was the best by far friendly fun person who truly loves her job. She answered all our questions honestly!

This was my first time visiting a True food establishrmnt. My experience was nothing but amazing. The service was spectacular from the start. The food was delicious especially the grass fed burger. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner with friends or family.

Wonderfully prepared food, pleasant wait staff, a great menu for both vegetarians and omnivores. Parking is by valet, or the lot under the building, well worth the effort. Will definitely be heading back.

This was my first experience with True Food Kitchen. They had so many gluten free options, I was in heaven. The waiter was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free and what could (or could not) be modified to be gluten free. Now I will look for this restaurant in other cities when I'm traveling!
