greeter walked away from me and helped people who came in after me and the bar employee turned her back to the bar i had to walk over to get her attention. my food was partially burnt and when it was ready no one said anything and she didn't even take my name for the order...i won't be going back. also they are totally over priced they gave me a meat serving the size of a twinkie with a handfull of veggies for almost 30 dollars

Drinks were great great, food was awful. The Korean bowl was a clump of clear cold noodles and my girlfriends meal was also bad. I would have rather eaten 2 day old little Caesar pizza out of a trash can and I HATE 2 day old little Caesar pizza out of a trash can.

Mid afternoon on a Saturday. Not very busy. Sat for 15 minutes. No server even acknowledged our presence. There were plenty of employees milling about. Out of 14 tables (that we could see), customers at only 5. Food may be fabulous but service was non existent. We left.

The ingredients are fresh but unfortunately, this is not the place to get a poke bowl. The only thing I found appetizing were the marinated mushrooms. If I had to identify one thing to change, to make it better, I would say the sauce. Overall, it was fresh, not tasty, and overpriced for the amount of food I received.

Drove out to pickup an order I placed and when I finally arrived they told me they were out of the thing I ordered and made no attempts to remedy the situation. Didn’t call ahead of time to let me know, didn’t let me know when I placed the order, and on top of that they couldn’t find the order when i got there. Truly pathetic service for such an overpriced restaurant.

Their advance online ordering system doesn’t work. I ordered on Monday for a pick up on Saturday and got an email 10 minutes before saying their system messed up and to call to make sure they had received the order. So I did and they told me they would refund the old one and I would have to pay for the new one and it would take about 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later I received my food because they had to “restart their system”. The refund has not shown up on my card even though I just paid them again and it has shown up so now I have been charged twice. Manager said he would keep an eye on the refund. I’ll have to as well.. little to no apology was made.

Went with my friend yesterday, was pretty disappointed with my food, as well as the service. Me and my friend (also a person of color) didn’t feel very welcomed here. We kept getting looks as if we didn’t belong there. Our waitress was not very attentive to us and kept making sure everyone else had water and everything they needed. She only checked on us once and then the second time she came around she asked if I needed a to-go box. Like ummm, don’t rush me out and you didn’t even ask if we needed refills. I did talk with a manager and he tried to resolve the situation as best as he could. Then, as me and my friend are leaving a white couple in front was told to have a great rest of their day by staff, while we were told nothing. There’s a high chance I won’t be back to this establishment.

The food here is pretty good, but the service is painfully slow. I am currently almost an hour into waiting for a to go order that was supposed to be ready when I got here.

My wife and I went to True Food on Saturday. It was about 1:00 pm. The main dining room was very noisy so we opted to sit outdoors. We were seated as soon as we walked in. That's where the experience ended. It seems that if you are not a young urban couple or fit the Green Hills persona, you get ignored. We sat for over 15 minutes and were completely ignored by the wait staff. We never even received a glass of water. There were other couples and groups that arrived after us that received immediate service. And, yes, there were young urban couples that looked the part in Green Hills. When we left,no one even bothered to ask why we were leaving or if we enjoyed our visit. This restaurant was recommended by one of the business owners in the same building. i can't say that I will be recommending this restaurant to anyone. If the site would allow zero stars and still post, it would have received zero stars.

My hubby and kids went here last week. We were excited to try this place and I skipped breakfast to enjoy lunch. We had a great waiter and pleasant time. Minutes after getting in my car from the garage I started getting sick. I couldn’t make it home before having to pull over on I24 throwing up. I immediately felt better. I called my doctor and he told me more than likely I had food poisoning. I will not be returning back to this place.
