We have used Goddards for many years. The staff are always friendly and Anne has been brilliant at treating so many of our guinea pigs over the years. Her expertise on piggies is invaluable.

Everyone at this practice is very friendly and helpful. We've been with them for over ten years and thankfully don't visit too often as our pets haven't needed it but whenever we do go, we're very happy with the service.

I have been a customer of Ewell Goddard Vets for over 35yrs. They are amazing- I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The lovely, friendly receptionists look after us as owners with a smile and immense help. I feel as if Janine is a personal friend! The vets are super knowledgeable, empathetic and I feel as if they love my pets as much as I do! James McCourt has been brilliant with my dog (who loves him!) & even my stroppy cats are calm with him. Anne O'Meara is the best guinea pig vet in this country! I cannot recommend them enough!

First impressions, no care for animals and completely MONEY orientated, I went here for first time to get worm and flea treatment for my dog along with partner and his dog, vet refused to give me worm tablet unless I paid for a consultation, so left without what I needed, paid over the odds for flea treatment, place was empty which didnt surprise me, very money orientated wouldn't recommend if it was the last vet on earth treated my partner absolutely disgracefully when his dog was found with aggressive cancer

We had 2 poorly cats. The young vet we saw was wonderful and compassionate. We lost 1 of our cats and he could not have been more sympathetic. Also allowed us to spread the payment i.e. split into 2. Lovely nurses too. They sent us a very kind sympathy card. It is expensive but worth it.
