Customer service is wonderful. Water tastes great and I have checked the ORP and have registered -375 after three years of use! Water flow is a little slow but I work with it.

We just received our first set of replacement filters for our UCE-11. They were easy to shop for on-line and all the instructions and videos will be helpful when I go to replace them.

The machine came quickly. There is one bottle of yellow dye with not much information, but it doesn't matter because it leaked out anyway.

Everything was fine except it was very very slow.... if some sort of notice had been provided..ie... delivery may take two, three, four weeks it would have made things perfect. Not a major concern though.

I couldn't track my order and it seemed to take much longer than usual. When I finally called to check, I had a very helpful lady who got right on it. She even emailed a note to me to double check and to verify how the filters had been shipped and when and when I would receive them.

When you call on phone there very courteous. It's easy to order online and orders come correct. But I have a technical issue with my unit that I'm told is impossible! and That can't be happening and has not yet been resolved! I invite anybody to come over and touch the spout or the water coming out of the machine and the sink at the same time and tell me if it hurts.THANKS CHARLES 815.451.2264

I loved the Tyent very much but for the cost it didn't last as long as I thought it would. I had just installed new filters when it stopped working and filters are expensive. I called customer service, they gave me instructions to try but they didn't work. I wouldn't buy another for that reason.

The product is great. But when I needed help on changing the filters, and contacted their service department repeatedly, I was given the wrong instructions by email. When this didn't work, I called their technician and was scolded for not know that I should look at a video on how to do this on the web site, since their booklet AND their email gave incorrect instructions. Very POOR customer service, and I told them so.

Bought the 9000 it is great, as was the customer service but the cost of replacement filters is something you don't discover until later.

It sure takes a long time to process orders and get them shipped. It is going to be 2 weeks from order to process and ship. Really?

The shipping speed was slow this time:( Compare to the last time when we ordered the machine, we got it the next day!

was very disappointed that it took over 2 weeks to get my filters. Ordered on 1/9/2014 and did not receive until 1/24/2014.

The only problem I had was the length of time to receive my item. It took a week after I ordered for it to ship out? And another week to get to my house? Just figured it should take less then that for the process?
