I recently ordered a blender from Tyent at a great price and is the top rated blender on the market. Due to high demand, my blender had to be placed on back order, but I’m confident that I will be very pleased with the unit when it arrives.I originally objected to the shipping cost I was charged and Tyent, consistent with all my dealings with them, has overcome my objections quickly and efficiently. I can honestly say that Tyent is a superior company which takes its customer relations seriously to ensure satisfaction with each order and I can recommend them wholeheartedly with no reservations.Thanks to all the folks at Tyent for a job well done.

The cost of the two filters I bought went up by $20.00 from last year.Shipping and handling almost doubled from last year.Instructions for installation and reseting the filters was NOT included with the new filters.I would have given 1 star, but the filters were delivered to my door the next day.

I just don't feel I got my moneys worth, even after making it look like I got a discount.I didn't know there was filters that needed to be replaced, don't even know what I got myself into financially going forward in replacing filters. After spending all this money on the machine now it seems I will be spending money again in 6 months replacing filters. wow, great gimmick.

I bought the Tyent purifier about 3 years ago. The filters were supposed to last about 1 year. The 1st year that was the case; then I had to replace the 2nd set of filters in 6 mos; then I had to replace those in about 4 months; the next set also needed replacement after 4 months. I wrote to Tyent to ask them if there was some type of special cleaning or something that needed to be done, because I was not going to pay the $100 or $200 every 4 months for filters. They never got back with me so I unhooked the Tyent system and put it in my basement. A waste of about $3,000; including all the filters.

During August I requested information on how to check that my PH on my Tyent unit was working properly. I received a response that someone would get back to me, but have not heard back. I don't know if my unit is functioning properly or not. how can I determine? Does it need to be sent to a facility from time to time to have it checked/cleaned or ??I'm dissappointed that no one responded to my request.

Great product A Great technical support A Sales D-/F I've been a customer over 20 years. They put you on speaker so you can barely hear them. They get the order wrong, and they love transferring you. They were supposed to send me the liquid pH detector, they didn't. I called they were nice enough to say they were going to send two. Then you have to give them your credit card several times before they get it right.

One of 2 sets of filters delivered was wrong. It should have been 1 1st filter and 1 2nd filter; instead both were the same type. This is packaging problem.I requested a solution in an email (through order confirmation) as soon as I received the package in the evening of Friday, 9/22/2017. It is Wednesday 9/27/2017 today, and not a single response from the Tyent.???

I got the wrong filters. I have tried to communicate various ways and have not been contacted. Filters were the right size with wrong hand threads. I would love to have Simone contact me. This is the second time this has happened.

I am not at all happy with my Tyent Alkaline water filtration system at all. My water smells like sulphur when the filter is on alkaline water mode. My tap water doesn't smell, the other water features don't smell, just the alkaline feature. The alkaline feature was the reason I bought it. My kids won't even go near it. It was a $2795.00 bad purchase. If I were you, I would look at another alkaline water company.

Unfortunately, once you buy this very expensive product no one answers the phone. And if by chance they do return your phone call, it may take over 2 days if you are lucky or NEVER . My friend and I bought the water ionodizer , and her experience is the If I had known the customer service was SO POOR, I would not have bought this product.

I have experienced this issue the past two times I placed my order. I chose the 3 day select for shipping my filters and paid the additional fees required. It took 7 days for me to receive my purchase. I am very dissatisfied and will be looking at other alternatives to receiving my product the next time. I order on line on a regular basis and NEVER have this problem with other vendors. I would be better off requesting the standard route!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!Lori Stephens

Unfortunately, once you buy this very expensive product no one answers the phone. And if by chance they do return your phone call, it may take over 10 hours. My friend and I bought the water ionodizer separately, and her experience is even worse as she kept calling and no one returned her calls. If I had known the customer service was SO POOR, I would not have bought this product.

sorry, but I am no longer using my tyent.. when calling to get info or help for an issue, I reached a person who was not helpful in any way.Had I known that this was going to be the case, I wouldn't have bought the product.I think that PR is very important, and since there are so many products out there, I choose to only do business with companies that offer friendly and helpful service..

My unit has had several problems, I went through the warranty process and was sent a new unit and dispensor. My new dispensor has already froze up three times and the ionizer is leaking internally just like the one I returned, but not as bad. These units are not quality made at all.

Even after every filter we put on it, the water came out murky, so I simply disconnected the tyent and set it aside.
