My unit has had several problems, I went through the warranty process and was sent a new unit and dispensor. My new dispensor has already froze up three times and the ionizer is leaking internally just like the one I returned, but not as bad. These units are not quality made at all.

Even after every filter we put on it, the water came out murky, so I simply disconnected the tyent and set it aside.

After using Tyent for about 8 months I started having health issues, by that time I didn't think it was from the water I was drinking. My problems were getting worse. I went to a clinic in Germany for treatments and was away from Tyent water for 5 weeks. My problems started decline I thought because of the treatments. After I came back home and started drinking Tyent water the problems came back within a month. I tried to find the cause and the only thing I came up - the water!!!. We replaced the Tyent USA with Osmose Filtration system, which solved my whole problem within couple weeks my health was back to normal and since then I am feeling great. What a waste of money we've made?!?!? I still would like to talk to you and see if we can return this machine and get our money back.
