Thrilled with our first box! Selection of cuts is wide ranging. The quality of all meat has exceeded expectations. The cottage bacon is delicious and the perfect cut for sandwiches. Chicken and steaks are tender. Roasts turn out fantastic in the crock pot. Highly recommend for pasture raised meats.
