Omg! I absolutely never knew how sausage is supposed to taste! Or pork chops!!! I have NEVER liked any sausage that I have ever tried……to me all sausage had a rubbery, stretchy texture and store bought pork is always a pale pink color. Your sausage was so good that I had to go and fry some up for myself after tasting the ones i had made for my husband! And when I sent a picture of my uncooked pork chop to a friend, she thought it was a steak! So far we are so very satisfied with our products and have turned our son and daughter in law onto you guys as well!
