So far we are very pleased with time arrival and shipping of the meat it is always frozen soild, when it arrives. The meat is very tasty and we really like the steak bacon. It was only available once. The Ground beef is a favorite.

Very happy with our first purchases. Primarily Bison in the form of ground, patties and large pieces. Made Tacos of the ground and stew out of the large pieces. The patties were great on the grill. We also got the assorted selection but it is only 2 of us Seniors so will take a while to go through. Packaging was great and everything arrived frozen in very strong boxes. Looking forward to more meals and future orders plus maybe a visit!

The chicken is nice and tender.
