OMG!!! I forgot how REAL BUTTER tasted and smelled and melted !!! Am buying 10 more lbs!!! Bought the farm fresh eggs and was blown away by thier taste as well....Ordered a bunch of meats have not tried those yet as they just came today... Will update but highly reccomnebd this family farm ...Wish I could give them 10 stars.
3/5/26 breakfast: Seven sons Farm fresh eggs over easy sauted in thier homemade real butter with a side of grass fed uncured bacon and pasture raised pork sausage links! Yum! Photo to follow!
For reference,, that is an 8 inch plate...Bacon is almost 12 inches long!!! Cooked evenly, crisp, and absolutely deliscious! The pork link is big and beautiful with a natural casing that also browned up nice and crisp. Has an amazing flavor profile and very moist....The eggs, OMG.... Look how yellow that yolk is! That is dense nutrient at its finest. The taste is superior- nothing like that of store bought. No comparison..And yes I drowned those poor eggs in the homemade butter and cooked 'em low and slow...Check out those egg whites- THICK!- not that paper thin grocery store version thats for sure! I use the same egg pan for all my eggs and no store bought type (Organic, free range etc) ever cooked like this- thick, fluffy and Bright White. The whole breakfast was amazing...
Next on the list and fresh off the farm there to my fridge here in WI , Braised Oxtail (with a Bourbon Bacon Maple reduction.) and side of caramelized carrots with a Honey Ginger glaze. Damn......I knew i should have marreid a Farmer....
