Our package arrived on the day it was scheduled. We had the pork chops the next day and they were great. We're having the bison stew tonight...looking forward to it!

My Husband loved his Christmas present of Bison meat. Very good Christmas Day meal. Shipping and packaging were fast and efficient as promised .

I received my package of ground beef and tubs of butter. The packaging and preservation was excellent. The insulation and dry ice bags kept everything frozen solid. I transferred everything toy freezer except one tub of butter and one package of beef, which I placed in the refrigerator for use the next day. I prepared the meat the following afternoon, and it looked, smelled, and tasted fantastic. I had subscribed to receive additional packages monthly. I am looking forward to having a steady supply of high quality beef. Thank you.
