We cooked out the steaks and crisped up the bacon for our salads during a Father's Day celebration with my family. It did not disappoint! I received my order promptly and packaged well such that all the meat was still frozen solid. My order was for ground beef, soup bones and beef suet. I am very pleased with the quality. The flavor of the ground beef is phenomenal—far better than any organic grass fed beef I’ve bought at the grocery I have rendered the beef suet and have it stored in the fridge in mason jars for ease of use. I have used in biscuits thus far and they were super delicious I look forward to using in many other dishes.
