Buying quality meat is hard on my budget. But at my age (72), and as a geriatric nurse, I found that neglecting your health can be more expensive in the long run, than actively taking care of it. If you think wellness is expensive, try illness.
I believe eating quality food from 7 sons is one of the steps to a happier healthier life. And that in itself is worth the price.
