Derrick absolutely exceeded the best customer service that I have ever received! He delivered a car from Midland to Ortonville just so I could test drive it and had a driver set up to bring the paperwork for me to sign another day if I decided I wanted it. Of course I wanted it because after doing business with him for many years, he paid attention and he knew what works best for me during certain times of my life.
