My service advisor was Kent and he was terrific. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the service I received on my car cost me less than 1/2 of what I’ve been paying at a different shop. No more! I’m sticking with Garber Midland from here on out. JR (one of the salesmen) made me an awesome cup of coffee and had a really nice conversation. -way above and beyond-
I’d like to share another example of this company’s great service. About 4 years ago my car went into safe mode. I took it to Garber Midland and they checked it out and said repairs would be close to $3,000.
I would have had to use a credit card, but a rep called me and said, “Guess what- your car still has 2 days left on warranty. You don’t have to pay ANYTHING!” How easy would it have been to simply not tell me that information? I would not have known otherwise. This is the kind of business integrity that the world needs more of.
You know I used to truly dread getting my car serviced at “the other place” because they just keep pushing me to pay more, more, more. I felt manipulated and borderline harassed. The Garber team sold me what I needed, nothing more.
