I had excellent experience. I was not actually planning on buying a car that day. I just wanted to see if I qualified. I left with a brand new car. Everyone I came across at Garber in Midland made me feel comfortable and welcoming as soon as I step in the dealership until the time I left with a 2023 Trailblazer. Then I met Joe my salesman and he continued to make me feel welcome, comfortable and I never felt any pressure. A definite asset to the team! He customer service skills exceed standards in my book. If you are looking to purchase a car, you MUST see Hunter at Garber Chevrolet. I was looking for a Trailblazer RS, which is extremely difficult to find. After talking to Hunter about what I was looking for in a car, he saw a Trailblazer LT that fit my demands was on order, so I put a deposit on that. However, by some miracle, an RS became available before the LT came in, and he remembered our conversation and called me to let me know an RS with all my requirements became available. I was able to get exactly what I wanted because Hunter actually cares about customers and their preferences. I live in the Detroit metro area and drove 2 hours to get this car, and I would do it again just to have a hassle and stress free experience of buying a car from Hunter. He will treat you like you are his most important customer.
