I took my 2020 Traverse in for preventative maintenance at 40K miles -- Tire Rotation, Coolant and Transmission Flush. I was hesitant about "flushing" rather than "replacing" the Transmission Fluid, having heard bad things can happen in stirring up sediment/metal. Rob J. set me at ease in explaining how their machine does the replacement with the engine running. Test drove the car and all was well. Great to trust our Garber Chevrolet dealership. After 28 years and 5 cars, they continue to be worth the price.
