We stopped by Garber Chevrolet on a whim while we were dropping off our son at Northwood University. We saw a few trucks in the used lot and decided to take a peek. We were welcomed by Tyler Woods with a friendly hello and he showed us a few trucks on the lot while providing us with information on each vehicle. While none of these trucks met our personal goals and/or criteria, Tyler was making mental notes of what we were looking for and he decided to show us a couple more trucks that they just brought in on trade. They had not gone through the inspection process nor were they detailed to date. Tyler did a great job of providing information not only on these trucks, but he was a wealth of knowledge on trucks in general. I had an interest in one of the trucks although it was not in my initial top two choices. After leaving the dealership that afternoon and taking a few days to look at several other trucks of interest near the Detroit area, I came back to Garber to take a second look at the truck Tyler showed us previously. After spending additional time with Tyler and picking his brain on this truck and trucks in general, I decided to purchase this truck with confidence that it was the right decision. I came back to Garber for a second trip of interest solely because of Tyler Woods. He was extremely accommodating and answered all of my questions. He also new how to handle some of my objections and concerns regarding this potential purchase. I will definitely consider going back to Garber for future purchases due to working with Tyler and his supervisors. They were cordial and professional through the entire process. Much appreciated!!
