We arrived early and they got us right in. We waited in the waiting room with the children ( they had a nice play area with books, toys, and coloring crayons). While we were waiting the salesman who sold us our vehicle stopped in to say hi and make sure everything was going okay and answered our questions. The wait was not bad and before we knew it they were done and pulled up right to the front door. The staff was very pleasant and professional.
