I purchased a used truck off Tyler. Didn’t make it 25 miles down the road and the transmission started acting up! I contacted Tyler to let him know, and I continued my journey home. Come to find out the TCM was bad. These things are on a national back order but I found a company to repair it. Knowing I bought the truck as it is, I figured I was screwed. Well when I told Tyler about the repair on the TCM and the truck was running great he went above and beyond to get me reimbursed for the cost of repair. This is not something they had to do since I purchased a used truck “as is”, but just goes to show there are still some good people and dealerships in this world. I will definitely be going back for my vehicles in the future!!!
