There was an almost instant level of trust that I dont normally feel when dealing with vehicle purchases - the whole process took less than 24 hours and not only did I get a new truck, my daughter ended up with a new vehicle as well - Yep - we ended up buying TWO VEHICLES from Carter. And.....I expect we'll be back for more.

My experience is wonderful. They came 100 miles picked up my equinox and performed a repair on the paint and changed oil and returned my car all fixed. And the people were very nice to work with.

Scheduled on oil change and tire rotation on my one weekday off. I was in a strict schedule and didn’t have time for the tire rotation so Candelario Hernandez was very helpful and set me up to come back another day for the tire rotation so I wasn’t late for the rest of my day! Thank you!
