I was really happy with the help I received from Charlie Z. and Josh at the Midland location. My beloved 24-year-old Jeep finally died, and I was reluctantly forced into choosing a new used car. I went in with very little optimism. The car that I was looking at online wasn’t on the lot, although they offered to get it to me same day. However, I tried two different models of cars that were in stock and absolutely fell in love with the second one I drove. I was offered 3 different price points, based on each car’s mileage and features. In the end, I caved and went with a lovely red Chevrolet Trailblazer, 2021. The process took all day, because they let us go home, and consider all our choices for warrantees and which model of car I wanted. I felt in no way pressured to make a quick choice. Josh figured out a very affordable extended warranty for us based on my mileage and the car mileage. I would highly recommend both Charlie and Josh and look forward to visiting them again when I can’t figure out the many buttons on the new car’s dash.
