Update: I still love my van. I forgot to add a thing that happened the day we picked up our new to us vehicle. We had stopped for groceries next door to the dealership and when we got back out to the vehicle we were just standing trying to figure out how to use the key fob to open the tailgate when a car pulled up behind us. The driver was our salesman Tyler Woods who rolled down his window and told us again how it worked. He had shown us before but we didn't remember... but I thought that was really good service and quite nice of him!
