Unfortunately she has since relocated. However, Kari has since been my go to person! She is wonderful and provides excellent customer service! She has helped me with general questions, car repairs (which my warranty covered all so far!), and any issues I experience ! When I have dropped my Traverse off for maintenance the crew in the service department have also always been pleasant and informative about to work with as well.
