Three weeks of the program and I am down 10lbs, but that isn't what I am most excited about. I am most excited about the mental clarity and the energy I have. I have had fatigue for most of my life, on and off (mostly on), which can be really frustrating for someone in their 20s. Within a week of this program (a couple days, really), I was up and about, doing things around the house after work... I stopped playing mindless games on my phone. I have gotten so much done. It is extremely encouraging to be able to take control over my food and then have all these other benefits as well! Thank you, Betr! My coach, Maureen, has been really wonderful and encouraging along the way. I need someone to check in with, and she helps me stay honest and encouraged.
I was skeptical of the Betr Health program, but it makes sense. I have lost 19 pounds in 3 weeks! I am less swollen. I look happy and healthy. I have a more positive attitude. At times, I get frustrated and vent to my coach, Karen. Karen is very uplifting and gives advice on how to handle situations. She keeps me accountable. Without a coach, I would have given up and/or cheated on the program after a week. The articles in the program are enlightening. People are noticing a difference with me and I tell them to check out Betr Health.
Excellent program to help you eat healthier, and lose pounds easily. Great support offered: daily chats with a personal coach, group chats, instant chat with coaches, daily monitoring of weight with options for other health stats, a daily task list with informative resources, optional weekly meal plans and shopping lists, and innovative recipes. The schedule of what to eat and when to eat results in virtually no cravings, and eating until you’re full. It’s great not to have to count calories or be overly focused on measuring portions. The whole program helps us strive for Betr health!
Wow. I love everything about Betr. Well - almost everything: I've really gotten out of the habit of cooking for myself the last decade or so, and yes, it does take a bit of time! BUT I've found good ways to simplify that have worked really well... and how my body feels is worth it a hundred times over! After 2 1/2 weeks, I feel lighter - not like in body mass (tho yes, that too!) but less "cloggy" and more fluid both physically and mentally. I read a lot of stuff about the impact of cognition and neural processes, and one of the things I like most is how Betr treats you as a whole person, with the brain and emotions and body (gut especially!) all not just connected, but integrated into a whole unit! It's a very individualized program with A LOT of person-to-person contact with my own coach and all the other coaches and, thru the chat feature, other participants - I also real a lot about the powerful impact of community! - and the result is that I don't feel deprived but empowered! Oh: it's cool fitting into my smaller clothing as well... :)
It's truly an amazing program. Its really difficult to fail with so much support from your coach, Dr Ferro and everyone going through you transformation with you.
I absolutely love the Betr Health program! This program uses food as medicine for the body which is phenomenal. The community is so inspiring and connected as are the coaches (I love Michaela!). What I really enjoy about this program is that it is not only about the food it is about learning how to use food properly. It is so easy to become accustomed to and once you start thinking Betr it is really hard to stop! :)
The program is a great way to start your weight lost journey. It provides the tools, support and guidance to succeed. With having a mentor there providing motivation and suggestions you don’t get stuck and give up. On top of the mentor and calls there is a great community of users that also encourage and support each other.
Donna has been very encouraging and I appreciate her very much considering the number of unplanned interruptions and out of town trips I have had to take during the level 1 part of the program. I look forward to learning and following the program much more closely in the weeks ahead.
Lost 7 pound in two weeks. That's great, but mostly I am so happy that my stomach doesn't hurt anymore and I don't feel bloated. It's a simple plan to follow, but it helps if you spend some time prepping your food. My coach, Lucy has been great and everyone on group chat has been positive and helpful.
Coach Donna is amazing! She is so supportive and makes sure that the protocol fits in with my busy travel and work life. I very much appreciate all the advice and guidance that she shares!
Excellent program to bring you back to the basics of healthy living. This is not a radical diet or special foods. This is just paying attention to how you nourish yourself every day.
Coach Lerron has been awesome. He has guided me through this first month with myself having a great loss.... of weight. Even when I veered off course I wanted to get on track as fast as I veered. Thanks Lerron!!!
