Betr Health is a great program. I am learning how to eat healthy and to lose weight for good. Excellent support from my personal coach Lerron and group support from fellow members through the Betr Health app. I plan to stay with this lifestyle change and not go back. I like the recipes and easy to follow food plans. This program works!
Not only does this program help you lose weight, but I started seeing major improvements in my energy level, mental clarity, and digestion after the first week.
The first 21 days have yielded results, which I haven't typically experienced when changing my habits. The changes were simple and easy to follow which was very helpful, and I didn't feel deprived!
My coach Lucinda is wonderful I have been on Betr Health for a month now and have lost 20 pounds this life style change is amazing.. you do not starve yourself you eat and lose wait .I have tried so many things and by far this is the best. you eat organic and grass fed food and wild caught fish land lobster

As a marketing professional I like the overall design of the program. Betr Health stands out because of the number of touch points between the coaches, program reminders and the member. I feel like I'm a valued member of the family instead of just another subscriber.

Joined the program about a month ago and have lost 16 pounds. No medicine, no shots, no measuring calories, carbs, etc. They have a great app which includes a Coach you can text and weekly group calls. All foods are made by you but this helps you understand what you can eat and why. There is a strict schedule of eating from 10-6pm but you feel very satisfied. I have tried many things to manage my weight and this one has been the best by far.
I have tried many things and struggled with all of them. I'm one month in and I'm down and weight, but the bigger bonus is that I'm off medication I've been on for years and I feel great!
