I started this program and have started to lose the weight! The staff have been very supportive and keep in constant contact. Willing to answer any questions i might have.
I enjoyed the betr program not only did I learn to make healthier eating choices but I learned new and delicious recipes, improved my sleep, increased my energy and lost 10% of body fat and lost over 30 pounds! This program allows you to improve your gut health and it’s like no other program I’ve been on and believe me I’ve tried them all! My coach was very informative, motivational and even helped me picked food out before I went to a restaurant. I am so glad I signed up and I was never on a diet I just learned a Betr lifestyle and I’m so thankful for it! If you are tired of diets and want to do more than just lose weight this is the program for you!
Betr Health helped me learn the most beneficial combinations of foods and supplements to increase my health. I particularly like that you eat real, whole food, so there is no transition from plan to life. It is a lifestyle that I (and anyone) can manage for the rest of your life. At first, I was a little nervous about transitioning off the weightloss level 1, but I have successfully maintained my weight (and even lost more) in spite of the holidays and my birthday. I have healed my gut, GREATLY improved the function of my brain, my skin and nails are in the best shape they've been in in at least 10 years. One of my friends I hadn't seen in a while said I look 10 years younger. Do it for yourself, People. Seriously, this isn't a gimmicky diet. It truly is a recipe for life.
This is a practical approach that requires you to take control of your habits and learning about yourself. The coach is very helpful and very responsive. I am finishing my first stage and have already lost 4.5% of my body weight but even more important I have to go buy new pants because my other ones no longer fit.
This plan is very easy to follow & has worked very well for my situation. I am a flight nurse & don't get to eat premade meals very often due to our call volume. My coach Chloe has been very helpful with this situation & has helped me pretty much daily with picking foods from restaurants or the cafeteria. I started in December so I faced holidays & an 8 day vacation. Chloe helped me pick meals at the restaurants during vacation. I recommend this program greatly!
I learned a healthier way of eating that helped me lose weight and brought my blood pressure down. I actually crave fruits and vegetables now and not sugary or fatty foods. I like how I look and feel. Tara, my coach, always had a lot of encouragement for me and many good ideas for me to try. She helped make this a good experience for me.
This program was the first one that worked for me! It was broken down into a schedule and a clear plan on what I was to eat each day. It also provided recipes that I found to be easy to make and very good! Because I was eating foods that were on the plan, I found my cravings have gone away and I feel better in my overall health!
This is the only program that gave me success. Great recipes and coaching. I am getting ready to graduate, a little scared but with all the resources I can get back on track. I would recommend this program. it works.
Wow, I am impressed with how well this program is designed. I lost 6 pounds in 14 days. But then I went off of the protocol and gained 6 pounds. I reached out to Betr and a coach on call responded almost immediately. My personal coach, Tara, contacted me the next day. It has only been two days and I am losing weight again. I believe Betr offers the right support to help me be successful.
Betr Health has been an amazing program for me! Initially, I was interested in losing weight and lowering my blood sugar level and over the course of 2.5 months I’ve learned so much! I’ve of course lost some weight and lowered my cholesterol and blood sugar levels substantially. I have significantly less pain in my joints and for the 1st time in almost 6 years ...am able to crouch down and pop right back up. Before starting the BETR Health program, could not crouch down and needed to grab something to assist me to a standing position! For me ..figuring out what foods triggered joint pain was monumental. While on Level 2, I started introducing some of the foods that may trigger allergies..going well until I had some bread over Thanksgiving and it triggered some adverse reactions that I never really linked the two together before! My face and fingers were significantly swollen and knees hurt again. Suspecting possible gluten allergies. I had an epiphany at this point and realized I had not had any sinus issues since beginning on the program. I’ve had severe sinus issues most of my adult life, sinus surgery 12 years ago and headed back in that direction until I recognized eating breads triggered sinus issues as well! To me ...this was such an incredible piece of information to learn and will alleviate a huge medical issue I’ve been dealing with most of my adult life. I will be continuing on this program to reach a wanted weight loss limit! I am so incredibly happy with what I’ve learned and the new life changes I’ve made. This is definitely not a just a weight loss program but a learning experience of your body and it’s triggers that cause discomfort and for me years and years of pain and sickness! I’m profoundly happy that I was introduced to this program and recommend it highly on so many levels!
