Betr Health has been an amazing program for me! Initially, I was interested in losing weight and lowering my blood sugar level and over the course of 2.5 months I’ve learned so much! I’ve of course lost some weight and lowered my cholesterol and blood sugar levels substantially. I have significantly less pain in my joints and for the 1st time in almost 6 years ...am able to crouch down and pop right back up. Before starting the BETR Health program, could not crouch down and needed to grab something to assist me to a standing position! For me ..figuring out what foods triggered joint pain was monumental. While on Level 2, I started introducing some of the foods that may trigger allergies..going well until I had some bread over Thanksgiving and it triggered some adverse reactions that I never really linked the two together before! My face and fingers were significantly swollen and knees hurt again. Suspecting possible gluten allergies. I had an epiphany at this point and realized I had not had any sinus issues since beginning on the program. I’ve had severe sinus issues most of my adult life, sinus surgery 12 years ago and headed back in that direction until I recognized eating breads triggered sinus issues as well! To me ...this was such an incredible piece of information to learn and will alleviate a huge medical issue I’ve been dealing with most of my adult life. I will be continuing on this program to reach a wanted weight loss limit! I am so incredibly happy with what I’ve learned and the new life changes I’ve made. This is definitely not a just a weight loss program but a learning experience of your body and it’s triggers that cause discomfort and for me years and years of pain and sickness! I’m profoundly happy that I was introduced to this program and recommend it highly on so many levels!
I did this program because my blood sugar was very high.
After doing this program for about 2 weeks I got it down to from 270 to 150 and still working it lower. I also lost about 18 pounds without excising. It can only get better and I do recommend this program. Easy to follow and great coach.
Great program. I got the results I wanted. Excellent support system with good tools to help you along the way. I learned a lot from this program and will continue to use that knowledge going forward .
Betr Health has been the best health plan I ever been on. I have tried all diet plans. Nothing ever made me feel healthy and happy. No cravings no hunger. And real weight loss !
The program is awesome, and so is Chloe my coach! She has held me accountable (gently) and kept me on track. Twenty pounds down in twenty days. Not perfect health but Betr!
BETR HEALTH is one of the best and most healthiest programs I've experienced. The food list are everyday foods nothing special or unusual. I no longer feel like I've been hit by a mack truck. Lighter on my feet, sleeping better, no more headaches and blood pressure very stable. My coach Heidi has been a fabulous coach very encouraging and supportive. Now living a "BETR LIFE"!!!
Elise, my coach, has been very motivational. Her daily message was informative or uplifting to keep me going. The recipes are all very good. I am having fun and enjoying the plan. Best news is I have lost 13.1 pounds in 16 days without being hungry. Excited about next step!!!
This is a great program that is easy to follow and you see results quickly. The support you get from the coaches and Dr. Ferro is awesome. You can feel how genuine they are when you speak to them directly or in their calls. They care about your success and it shows.
I had a great experience with Betr health and had so much support throughout the entire program. I have learned so much from the time I began the program and I will continue to work with all of the tools given to me.
This is the most intelligent weight loss program I have ever seen. I have been in the medical field for 40 years.
I have to admit I was skeptical at first, but my husband and I needed to do something.
He has a very hard time losing weight being Italian and loving his pasta and bread.
However if you follow the guidelines and eat only the foods you are supposed to the way you are supposed to, the weight comes off.
I am sleeping more solidly, I have no food cravings, I have more energy and feel much more alert.
I highly recommend this eating plan (and it is an eating plan not a diet) to anyone who struggles with their weight or just want to feel better, this is the plan for you.
It is very organized. They give you ideas on what and how to do things to make your life easier.
My coach Lucy is the best. I ask all kinds of crazy questions. Due to my medical background I like to know how things work and or help.
