This is a wonderful life changing program !!! It’s not just about losing weight; it’s about getting healthy. It teaches you what to eat and when to eat through meal planning. The best part is you are assigned a coach who will help and encourage you through the program. I’m feeling so much Betr!
During my whole adult life I've been way overweight. The only other times I've lost weight were (1) during my 2 pregnancies ("morning sickness" that lasted all day for months) and (2) once when I stopped taking a prescription medication (long story), I had severe withdrawal symptoms and could hardly keep any food down for 2 months before we figured out what was making me sick. That was a horrible way to lose 25 pounds. Frankly I'd given up hope of ever losing enough weight to live a healthy life... Then my health insurance company offered me the opportunity to enroll in Dr. William Ferro's BetrHealth program. Through following the very carefully planned BetrHealth program for just 3 weeks now, and with the support and guidance of my coach -Tara, I've already lost 19 pounds in 21 days and am beginning to see some positive effects on my arthritis and fibromyalgia symptoms. This is the absolute best program I have ever been on for healing inflammation in my body and losing weight. After nearly 2 weeks, my fibromyalgia and arthritic pain is gone. I’ve been suffering for 23 years. I have lost 14 pounds in two weeks and I’m a lot more aware of what foods cause Inflammation in my body. I haven’t felt this good for years.
So glad I was about to be a part of this healthy lifestyle change! Who knew a change in what I ate could make such a difference with my fibromyalgia and weight! Loving my change!!
I have been following the Betr Health program for the last twenty three days. It has been one of the hardest challenges I've ever faced, however, with the motivation I have received from my coach and my family, I have lost 17.2 pounds as of today. I know I will continue to do well with Tara as my coach because she always gives me positive feedback, encourages me to continue and always shares helpful information to ensure my success. Because of my success on this program, I now forward to my next challenge, Level 2!
My coach at Betr Health has been an amazing supporter. Whether I have program questions or need guidance on what to eat when eating out—she is always quick to respond. Never judging, just supporting me while I learn to eat healthier (yummy!) foods.
When I started the Betr Health program, I weighed 215 pounds. Today, I weigh 184 pounds! I lost 31 pounds in 45 days! Now, I sprint easily across busy streets. I am beginning the final week of Phase 1, I am very impressed in how following their methods and guidance has prompted my body to make the changes that it has. I have been able to stop taking some over the counter medications that I used for digestive aids, which I very much appreciate.
It is great to understand this method as something that I can sustain going forward and use to make adjustments for those out of bounds items that we all encounter.

Betr health program was one of my betr decisions after pregnancy it was the only thing that worked for me.
