I have really enjoyed all the support from my coach (TARA) and encouragement which has helped me stay positive and keep working towards my goals. In April I weighed 302 and started the program on July 25th at 289 and am now at 246 pounds. It has helped me to learn to live a healthier life, enjoy eating a clean and balanced menu and appreciate foods much better. I now try to get 10,000 steps in each day and exercise 3 to 5 times a week, allowing me to have more energy, need less sleep and even reduced by high blood pressure medicine. The program is all laid out for you and is simple to follow, just have to find a little will power, dedication, and support of your loved ones and you too can be successful and be working towards meeting your goals, and feel better about it!! This program is excellent. It teaches you through personal coaching and teaching sessions on the App how your body works so losing weight is not a mystery. When you are done, you feel you have all the tools to keep losing weight and sustain a healthy lifestyle on your own.
Michaela has been a fantastic help and support. Knowing she was watching helped me be accountable. She is a pleasure to work with and I can't give her enough praise!!!! I was a skeptic about this program, but it works and easy to do. I love it!!!
Betr is a sensible clean way to eat. I like the accountability working with my coach and posting pics. Chloe has been helpful in finding ways to encourage me and to adapt the program to work for me.
this group is very interested in the client. they do a wonderful job staying connected, answering questions and overall making the experience super enjoyable.
Although my results are probably not the norm, I've lost 18.5 pounds in the first 3 weeks of my BETR program!!! Most of the weight, I believe, has been from toxins, inflammation, and general impurities that were a staple part of my diet. Many co-workers and family have noticed changes in my face, neck and overall appearance. I'm not hungry, and I have more energy overall. I'm looking forward to Level 2, where I get to add more of the foods I like and exercise more intensely, to ensure continual weight loss, energy and overall healing of my body. I highly recommend the BETR program to anyone who is ready, willing, and able to make a life change.
I must say I was somewhat skeptical of the projected results and a little reluctant to pay 600 bucks for levels 1 and 2. However, after losing 17 pounds in 21 days and 30 lb at the completion of level 2, I must say it was money well spent. My coach Jennifer was very encouraging offering tips, recipes Etc. The website was easy to maneuver around in and the statistics that I entered daily were very useful. I lost the weight with very little loss of muscle, I felt better, and had more than enough energy. I was actually amazed that I quit working out as much and lost more weight. The meal plans were easy to follow and I feel anyone that can follow this and make this lifestyle change. If they do, they are practically guaranteed success. I was amazed at how good food actually tasted when consumed in its natural state and I'm referring to a lot of fruits and vegetables. I really didn't miss the sugars and the sodas as much as I thought I would and after 6 weeks of eating differently I found myself coming up with my own recipes or combining different fruits and vegetables to get a different taste. I encourage anyone who wants to change their life in regards to improving their health, to consider this program. Again, a big shout out to Jennifer my coach, she was always responsive to my messages and as I stated earlier gave timely tips and encouragement! Well done!!
I’ve always been pretty active and healthy but I found myself in a rut, gaining weight, feeling out of control and my body not reacting to what I thought it should- exercise and relatively good eating. This is amazing! It wasn’t hard, I wasn’t hungry, ever! This program focuses on what you should eat far more than what you can’t and having a coach makes all the difference! My coach Andrea was exactly what I needed! Now I’m down 16lbs in 21 days and I feel amazing! I have more energy and I love the way I eat- lots of fruit and vegetables and introducing more grains and variety of proteins now! Healing your mircobiom (gut bacteria) makes so much sense and now my body is getting back the metabolism I remember from years ago!
