I recently had an issue with my son’s scooter, a nut and bolt were missing, and we were on our down south on holiday where he was planning to use it! Massimo at Balcatta was incredibly helpful in resolving the problem quickly and efficiently. His friendly and professional service turned a tense situation into a positive experience, and he threw in a couple of scooter waxes, cheering up my son even more! Highly recommend!
