We recently ordered a hoverboard and kart as a Christmas gift for our children. Two days before Christmas we opened up the hoverboard to find it was faulty. I contacted Scooter Hut straight away and spoke to Caitlin, she immediately chased down a hoverboard the same as the one we ordered and had a courier organised to pick up that same day and it arrived the next morning. I cannot fault the service we received! The products are fantastic and high quality. Would definitely purchase from Scooter Hut again.

Great experiences here as per the other Scooter Huts. The main difference about this place was that they offered to repair my KingSong 16X electric unicycle, while the other stores don't have any (or many) people trained on them, making this store not just awesome the way the other SH stores are, but also greatly helpful with rarer electric micromobility vehicles. Legends, thanks so much, and I still owe you guys a beer for looking after my new EUC.
PS: come here for your scooter and e-scooter needs, at least give them a chance before you buy through JB Hi-Fi!
