Great experiences here as per the other Scooter Huts. The main difference about this place was that they offered to repair my KingSong 16X electric unicycle, while the other stores don't have any (or many) people trained on them, making this store not just awesome the way the other SH stores are, but also greatly helpful with rarer electric micromobility vehicles. Legends, thanks so much, and I still owe you guys a beer for looking after my new EUC.
PS: come here for your scooter and e-scooter needs, at least give them a chance before you buy through JB Hi-Fi!

I was looking for my first commute electric scooter and Scooter Hut were open on a Sunday. Great product selection, friendly service, they even let me take out the scooter for a test drive (with the salesperson on another faster one). Safe to say I bought it...

Ordered ahead, held product, put together and tested (just as well there was a shaving preventing smooth functioning)! Friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment is expensive but you get what you pay for.

I really want to recommend Scooter hut Fairfield and the smashingly brilliant service I received from Massimo. My scooter tire had broken down and my two most local places refused to help me and after several failed attempts I was ready to cry. my tube and tire just wouldn't work JB HIFI were useless and I needed to have this done. I broadened my search and eventually found scooter hut Fairfield, I wish I had found them first. I traveled almost an hour but eventually made it and I was overwhelmed Firstly to be greeted nicely which you don't get much these days, but Massimo took the time to have a chat with me and about my scooter, I could tell that this was a place were my needs were going to be met correctly. I was originally told that my tire change would be ready tomorrow I asked if there was any way it could be done sooner and that I travelled really far and it would be hard to come back tomorrow. I was overjoyed when was told to go enjoy a coffee and that he would do it on the spot. less then 15 minutes later it was ready. my mission was accomplished. I'm truly just really happy
